    Warmly paneled walls, floor-to-ceiling books, and a table for ten. The kind of room that makes every conversation feel more considered. Perfect for breakout sessions that actually inspire.

  • Perkins House Study

    Pull up a chair by the fire and let the ideas flow. An intimate gathering space for up to ten with equal parts cozy and conducive to great thinking.

  • Perkins Dining Room

    A generous, elegant table for up to 40. Whether it's a working lunch or a celebratory dinner, this room has a way of making every meal feel like an occasion.

  • The Boathouse

    Floor-to-ceiling lake views, warm wood, and an energy unlike any boardroom you've ever sat in. Equally at home hosting a focused meeting, a lakeside meal, or a wellness workshop. Seats 65 with tables, 70 theater style, or 80 standing.
