The historic Perkins House, the lakeside Boathouse, the apple orchard, the gardens, the trails, and all 19 rooms across three guest houses. No other events. Just your people, completely at home on 250 acres of one of the most beautiful working farms in New York.

With 19 rooms and three historic guest houses all to yourselves, your closest family and friends stay on the farm together where you can share morning coffee on the porch, late nights by the fire, a farm-style breakfast before anyone has to say goodbye. The wedding is one night. The weekend is everything.
When it comes to food, well we take that pretty seriously. We work with a carefully curated roster of caterers who share our passion for locally sourced, seasonally driven food and often featuring produce grown right here on the farm. Your guests will taste the difference. We promise.
